We have a 90-day refund and exchange policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange with no return required.

Requesting a Refund To start the refund process, please contact us at hello@bisonboxers.com. To ensure we can process your refund as quickly as possible, please include as much detail as possible in your request, along with any relevant images if necessary.

No Return Required We do not require you to return your item to be eligible for a refund. Please feel free to dispose of or recycle your pairs responsibly.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges If you would like a different size, please contact us at hello@bisonboxers.com and we will be happy to arrange a replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds We will notify you once your refund request has been reviewed. If approved, your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method.
